Broomhouse is a supported accommodation service for people affected by homelessness in Edinburgh. We provide accommodation to adults aged 16+ as well as 24 hour support.

Ypeople support people to enable them to find permanent accommodation and assist in their preparation for independent living. As part of a multi-agency network our teams support people in all aspects of Core Skills (literacy/numeracy), Life Skills (cooking, cleaning) and  Social Skills (activities, contacting outside organisations), as well as providing support  tailored to the person’s needs.

Our aim is to provide a safe and nurturing environment so we can assist people in their transition from homelessness to permanent accommodation. Through delivering a level of support suited to individual need, people can acquire the necessary day to day skills required for independent living.
